Most of our contractors are affiliated with our existing dealer network, but we are always looking for additional contractors. Our hard skill requirements are pretty standard - have at least two years experience in the field, own all the necessary equipment, be adept at estimating and quoting, and exhibit a degree of precision work that the most discerning customer would expect. But the soft skills that we demand are very critical - excellent customer service, operate and update an active social media account, shoot high-quality photographs of completed projects, and have a micro-network of reliable tradesmen, including painters, electrical, and HVAC.
